At Solvar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
